2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 365 & 306 of the I.P.C.
3. As per the prosecution case, the allegation of torture against the present petitioner has been made by the Nanad, who is the informant in the present case.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Counsel submits that the petitioner is a deserted lady and her father-inlaw has entered into marriage with a 25 years old aged girl in his age of 65 years and this is a real cause of torture about which the informant, who is daughter of the deceased has not disclosed

Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that no ingredient of Section 363, 365 & 306 of the I.P.C. are there in the F.I.R. except the suspicion.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
6. In the present facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions made above, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Purnea, in connection with K. Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2023, dated 03.01.2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
