ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and the State. The Petitioners seek revision of the order dated 18.11.2006 passed in Cr. Rev. No. 685 of 2006 by which the A.D.J.- XII, Patna, has set aside the order dated 6.6.2006 by which the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna, had refused to discharge the Opposite Parties.

Having gone through the impugned order, I do not find any reason for interference and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed.
