The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379, 325 and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner filed a case of kidnapping of his minor daughter against mother-in-law of the informant Shrawan Kumar and that is why this false case has been lodged but learned counsel for the informant informed that Babubarhi P.S. Case No. 121 of 2015 is also pending against the petitioner but the petitioner has not stated this fact in paragraph-3 of the bail petition. The petitioner has got criminal antecedent and this fact is concealed. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the
