=========================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 23-02-2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks revision of the order dated 30.10.2006 passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Paliganj, in Case No. 216M of 2000 by which he has declared possession of the second Party from the disputed land.

Considering that the Proceeding is of the year 2000, it would not be proper for this Court to interfere at this late stage and, hence, the revision application stands dismissed. (Anjana Prakash, J) S.Ali/- U T
