JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 26-06-2015 It appears that the petitioner has lost interest in the case. By order dated 13.3.2015 notices were issued to opposite party nos. 3 to 5 for which requisites were directed to be filed within two weeks. The aforesaid order dated 13.3.2015 was not complied with as a result of which the application stood dismissed against opposite party nos.3 to 5.

When the matter was taken up today, none has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press this application. Learned counsel for the State is present.

In that view of the matter, the application is dismissed
