2. The petitioners seek regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 80, 103(1), 61(2), 238 and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
3. As per the prosecution case, the accused persons are said to have killed the deceased.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner no. 01 is the father-in-law of the deceased and the petitioner no. 02 is the grandfather-in-law of the deceased. They are in custody since 12.04.2025. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners, this application for regular bail is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Keoti P.S. Case No. 385 of 2024.
