2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 447, 448, 323, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is alleged that these petitioners assaulted the informant and his family members in which they sustained injury.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the injury caused by petitioner No . 1 and 2 are simple in nature,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44619 of 2023(2) dt.08-08-2023 2/2 petitioner No . 3 and 4 is only alleged to have extended threat. Case and counter case. There is civil dispute between the parties. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition.

6 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Naugachia, District- Bhagalpur in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No . 73 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
