The Letters Patent Appeal was directed against an order passed in CWJC No. 6001 of 2003 in which the appellant has sought quashing of the order of his dismissal from service. The writ petition was dismissed on 13th April, 2006 and the appeal on 10th January, 2007 in default.

No one is present to press the application for restoration.

We do not find any justified cause for recall of the

Patna High Court MJC No.107 of 2007 (5) dt.10-03-2016 2/2 order dated 10th January, 2007.

The restoration application is, accordingly, dismissed.
