The petitioner is the husband and apprehends his arrest in relation to Chandi (Bena) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015 registered under Sections 341, 323, 498(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleges that they were married a year back and she is being tormented for dowry. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner being an agriculturist living in village, but the informant does not want to come and live in the joint family and has been instigated to level allegations so that the petitioner may separate from his family. No.57388 of 2015 (2) dt.22-12-2015 arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Santosh Ram, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hilsa, Nalanda, in connection with Chandi (Bena) P.S. Case No. 142 of 2015, subject to conditions laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
