The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Buniyadganj P. S. Case No. 176 of 2015 registered under Sections 366 A, 504, 506 and 120 B of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.

No.57746 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2016 2/2 In view of the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal procedure, 1973 as contained in Annexure- 2 to the present application, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- ( Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri R. K. Pandey, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Gaya in Buniyadganj P. S. Case No. 176 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
