The present case has been listed under the heading "to be mentioned" as learned counsel for the petitioner points out that the father of the petitioners Late Jawahir Saw @ Javahar Saw was already dead at the time of the filing of the case, and, therefore, it would not be possible to bring the father of the petitioner as bailor. He, thus, submits that in place of the father, mother may be made bailor, who has sworn the affidavit of the present bail application. After verifying the same from the records of the case including the Adhar Card of the mother of the present petitioners,, it appears that her husband namely, Late Jawahir Saw @ Javahar Saw is since dead, let the condition no.1 be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.71131 of 2018(3) dt.19-12-2018 2/2 replaced so as to make the mother of the present petitioners one of the bailors. The order dated 14.12.2018 is modified to the above extent.
