2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, registered for the offences punishable under Section 394 of the IPC.
3. As per allegation, when the informant was returning to his office and reached near Haripur Primary School, the accused persons intercepted his way. Further, all the accused persons assaulted him by fist and butt of pistol, causing head injuries. Thereafter, they snatched his mobile phone and Rs. 10,359 cash from him.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. His further submission is that the FIR reveals itself that

The informant and Rahul kumar have previous quarrel prior to this occurrence. The name of the petitioner has emerged only on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Rahul Kumar. Nothing was recovered from his possession. He is a person of clean antecedent and he is not named in the FIR.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Birpur in connection with Raghopur P.S. Case No. 85 of 2024, subject to the following condition:- (i) The petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
