JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 02-01-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 413 and 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Co-accused Ajay Kumar, who was brother of the petitioner, appears to be the main accused dealing with the stolen motorcycles.

The petitioners have stated on oath that they are businessman, have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 19.08.2017.

Considering the entire facts, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53396 of 2017 (4) dt.02-01-2018 2/2 Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Chandi Police Station Case No. 267 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
