The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Kurtha P.S. Case No. 27 of 2020, dated 06.02.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.4018 of 2021(2) dt.05-03-2021 2/3 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioners along with many others are said to have assaulted the informant and his family members, leading to injuries on their person.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that because of long standing land dispute between the parties, the present case has been lodged. It has further been submitted that there is no specific accusation against anyone of the petitioners.

Till the time of filing of this application, the injury report was not on record. However, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that according to her instruction, some of the persons have received only simple injuries. Regard being had to the facts afore-stated, the petitioners above-named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of eight weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to
