Patna High Court MJC No.2983 of 2010 (4) dt.12-10-2018 the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents. This application is filed for recall of the order dated 16.7.2010 passed in L.P.A.No. 255/2003, whereby the application was disposed of as having become infructuous on the submission made by learned counsel for the appellants that the grievance does not survive.

When the mater is taken up, Mr. Purushottam Kumar Jha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, submits that during the pendency of the matter the issue has been resolved and thus, he may be permitted to withdraw the application to enable the petitioners to pursue their other surviving grievances. Permission is allowed.
