3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Pandarak P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023 registered under section 25(1-b)a and 26 of the Arms Act.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is recovery of 25 cartridges. Petitioner is in custody since 08.05.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.
