The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Paras Bigha P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant alleged the she had married her daughter to Shiv Chaudhary in the year 2010. On 12.04.2015, she got information that her daughter was killed and her dead body was cremated. The informant alleged that after one year of marriage husband of her daughter and other in-laws were torturing her daughter for demand of a motorcycle and Rs. 1,00,000/-. It is submitted that the petitioner is uncle of the husband of the deceased. The petitioner has no manner of concern with the family member of the deceased. The petitioner is living separately

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.39629 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 2/2 from the husband of the deceased for last 15 years. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the petitioner is uncle of the husband of the deceased and no specific allegation is made against him, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Chandan Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Paras Bigha (Jehanabad) P.S. Case No. 35 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
