The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2021 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to land disputes. Further he submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 53605 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IX, Siwan in connection with Hussainganj (M.H. Nagar) P.S. Case No. 96 of 2021, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
