ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 30-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner seeks quashing of the First Information Report of Arrah (Nawada) P.S. Case No. 232 of 2012 on the ground that it was because the Informant defaulted on the terms of agreement, therefore, the supply had not been fully carried out the same is unjustified.

Since investigation should be rarely interfered with, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.

The application is disposed off with a direction to the Investigating Officer to consider the aforesaid and all aspects of the matter and thereafter conclude the investigation within a period of
