2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 395, 337, 412 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act registered in connection with Sasaram (T) P.S. Case No. 412 of 2018.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated and the petitioner has not been named in the F.I.R. and his name has transpired only on the confessional statement of coaccused Manish Kumar @ Hanuman. No recovery of any incriminating articles has been made from the conscious possession of the petitioner.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations, gravity

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.68579 of 2018(3) dt.21-01-2019 2/2 of the offence as well as the criminal antecedents of the petitioner who has four prior cases of serious nature in which he is made accused, this Court is not inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
