The petitioner seeks bail in Laxmipur (Gidhor) P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 of Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. The name of petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Sintu Tanti who has already been granted bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 5.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 57990 of 2018.

Petitioner is in custody since 29.11.2018.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41039 of 2019(2) dt.09-07-2019 2/2 of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Shri Sumit Kumar Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui, in connection with Laxmipur (Gidhor) P.S. Case No. 174 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be close relatives of the petitioner.
