2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Nadi P.S. Case No. 17 of 2019 for the offence under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code lodged on 15.01.2019 by the informant, Dharmendra Kumar.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that he works as a labourer and accompanied the driver after loading bricks which was to be unloaded at Patna City. After unloading and while returning, as they reached near Kachhi Dargah, a Maruti overtook, stopped and thereafter, the informant was forced into the Maruti car and later, he found himself at Sotichak Parsa with hands and legs tied. It was only after the rescue steps taken by the local villagers that he came back and lodged FIR.

4. Though learned counsel for the petitioner tried to show the innocence, learned APP has pointed out that he has criminal antecedent under Section 395 of the IPC and the matter is of the year 2019.

5. Considering the aforesaid two facts that has been brought forward by the learned APP coupled with the allegation that has come against petitioner, it would be appropriate that he seeks bail.
