The petitioner seeks bail in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 193 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, co-accused Niraj Kumar @ Kallu fired upon the son of informant causing injury on eye and nose.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that specific allegation firing is against co-accused Niraj Kumar @ Kallu. No specific overt act has been alleged against this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 06.05.2021.
