2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No.193 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/325/307/379/504/506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution, FIR has been lodged against six named accused persons including the present petitioner and specific allegation against two co-accused, namely, Mahesh Yadav and Jhagru Yadav to assault the informant and his son.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He submits that the informant and petitioner side both are resident of same village. They are well known to each other and due to petty

Counsel submits that antecedent of the petitioner is clean. There is no allegation of any act or overt-act against the present petitioner. His name has been inserted in this case at the instance of informant due to the reason that he has good relation with the family of main accused persons.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna City/Successor Court in connection with Khushrupur P.S. Case No.193 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Mkr./- U T
