The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case no. 209 of 2016, registered under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that on 09.11.2016, in course of raid, 14 in-complete forms of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Loan Yojana affixing photographs and 11 acknowledgment receipts along with pumplets of Hind Global Enterprises recovered from Vivekanand Yadav, son of Nakul Yadav of village- Barahat. On query, he disclosed that he is doing the work as an agent of the petitioners on payment of Rs. 200300 per candidate for providing the loan under Pradhan Mantri Mudra Loan Yojana. The registration for loan is being done in the Hind Global Enterprises, of which office is situated in court compound of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55011 of 2016 (2) dt.23-12-2016 2/2 RMK High School, Road, Ranka. While search of office of Hind Global Enterprises was made, but nothing was recovered from there. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that it would appear from the F.I.R. that the name of the petitioners came in the statement of co-accused Vivekanand Yadav from whose possession 14 forms of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Loan and some receipts were founding saying that he is doing the work for petitioners, who is officials of Hind Global Enterprises, but on raid nothing was found. Further submission is that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Banka in connection with Bounsi P.S. Case No. 209 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
