By order dated 07.06.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 70925 of 2021, the petitioners were granted anticipatory bail and four weeks time was granted to surrender before the Court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to ailment and old age of petitioner no. 3 and petitioner nos. 1 and 2 being the son and daughter-in-law being engaged in taking care of petitioner no. 3, the petitioners were unable to surrender before the Court below within the time granted by this Court.

Having considered the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and the averments made in the application, three weeks' further time from today is granted to the petitioners to surrender before the Court below. The other terms and conditions of the order dated 07.06.2022 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 70925 of 2021 shall remain the same.
