2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 125/ 2025 dated 06.03.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 309(4) of the BNS.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the allegations levelled in the FIR are totally false, in fact, there was some money dispute in between the informant and the three co-accused persons, namely, Suraj Kumar @ Billa, Manish Kumar and Jitendra Kumar and they have settled their dispute by filing compromise petition before the trial court (Annexure-2) and out of them co-accused, Jitendra Kumar has been granted bail by a co-ordinate bench of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44135 of 2025(2) dt.21-07-2025 2/2 this court vide order dated 09.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 41129 of 2025. It is further submitted that co-accused, Bholu Kumar has also been granted bail by this bench vide order dated 18.07.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 43742 of 2025 and petitioner is a young person having fair and clean antecedent and languishing in jail since 31.03.2025 and against him investigation has been completed.

4. The learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel and mainly the petitioner's young age, his custody period and completion of investigation against him, this court is inclined to grant the relief of bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be released on bail in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 125/ 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/-( Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
