2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 406, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per FIR, it is a case of non-compliance of Mukhyamantri Payjal Yojana and Gali Nali Pakkikaran Yojana for the financial year of 2017-18. It is further alleged that the petitioner involved in this financial embezzlement of Government fund.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. She has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further submitted from
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47078 of 2024(2) dt.12-07-2024 2/3 para-8 of this petition that under the scheme of Mukhya Mantri Pe Jal Yojana and Gali Nali Pakkikaran Yojana for which in total 20,66,700/- rupees was alloted and for which more than 80 per cent work of the said project has been completed and amount of Rs. 2,34,000/- was lying in the account of the then Secretary who has also been made an accused in the present case and rest of amount was lying in the account of this petitioner which was already been refunded. A statement has been made in para-3 of this petition that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Similarly situated other co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 14.03.2024 in Cr. Misc. No. 17537 of 2024. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 19.06.2023.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case as well as custody of the petitioner and being a lady, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Singhia P.S. Case No. 182 of 2020 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
