2. This petition has been filed for modification of order dated 20.05.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27781 of 2024 by this Court to the extent of:

(i) modification of maintenance amount to the informant of Rs. 3,000/- per month, and (ii) extension of period of surrender.

3. In view of aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner is directed to pay maintenance amount of Rs. 3,000/- per month, as per earlier order, to the informant and further four weeks time from today is granted to the petitioner to surrender and furnish bail-bond before the concerned Court where the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53468 of 2024(2) dt.04-09-2024 2/2 case is pending, subject to deposit of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees five thousand) in the office of District Legal Services Authority, Vaishali at Hajipur and to furnish its receipt with the bail-bond.

4. Accordingly, order dated 20.05.2024 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 27781 of 2024 is modified to the above extent only.

5. The modification petition is disposed of.
