JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 No one appears on behalf of the petitioner. On the last date counsel for the petitioner was absent. In the order dated 23.3.2018 this Court has recorded that at least four days earlier the petitioner was absent.

In the present case, petitioner has claimed for payment of compensation amount on account of suffering of injury during the election duty. The Doctor has assessed 20% of disability and as per circular petitioner will not be entitled for compensation amount as the compensation, would be paid to those persons who have suffered disability not less than 40% and the certificate which he has attached itself discloses 20% of disability.

Patna High Court CWJC No.9248 of 2007 (8) dt.26-03-2018 In such view of the matter, the petitioner is not entitled for any compensation.

Accordingly this writ petition is dismissed.
