The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kesariya P.S. Case No. 202 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that while he was returning from Narkatiyaganj to Hajipur by his Scorpio vehicle, as detailed in the F.I.R., and he reached near village Lala Chhapra, some miscreants intercepted them, threw him out of the vehicle and fled away with his vehicle.

No.2104 of 2021(2) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 Learned senior counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case, the F.I.R. is against unknown and his name transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Hamid Raja and the said Hamid Raja has been granted regular bail.
Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.
Learned senior counsel for the petitioner, at this stage seeks permission to withdraw the present anticipatory bail application.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the present anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn.
