2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No. 31 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 379, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, lodged on 30.05.2021 by the informant Praveen Kumar.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that on the fateful day, six unknown person came on driving motorcycle and after demanding extortion and threatening, left the place. This led to the F.I.R.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they are poor farmers and have been implicated in the case, one of the co-accused Manish Kumar has been acquitted in Session Trial No. 1886 of 2024.

5. Learned APP on the other opposes the prayer for bail submitting that the F.I.R. is of the year 2021 and the petitioner delayed coming to the Court.
6. Though there are some force in the submission of learned counsel representing the petitioner, allegation is omnibus in nature, the only point that goes against him is that he has knocked the doors of this Court after four years. In that background, this Court is not inclined to extend him the privilege of anticipatory bail which is accordingly rejected.
7. However, if the petitioner surrenders within a period of four weeks, files bail application, the court concerned shall consider the matter and dispose it of preferably on the same day.
