The case is of 2015 and the petitioner at his leisure had moved now on the ground that the was not named in the FIR and as such, was not knowing about the pendency of the present case.

Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application of the petitioner and submits that there is no pleading in the anticipatory bail application that as to when the petitioner came to know about his implication in the present case which amply demonstrates that the petitioner was well aware and at his leisure has moved the Court seeking anticipatory bail.
