The petitioner is in custody in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 32, 325, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, petitioners are alleged to have assaulted upon Bibi Rahmati with fists and slaps. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that there is general and omnibus allegation against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43453 of 2022(3) dt.09-01-2023 2/2 petitioners and similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted anticipatory bail and regular bail by this Court in Cr.Misc. No. 42620 of 2022 and Cr. Misc. No. 41555 of 2022 respectively. Petitioners are in judicial custody since 12.05.2022.

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioners on bail. The above named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Purnia in connection with Dagarua P.S.
