Patna High Court CWJC No.5015 of 2014 dt.20-07-2018 2/2 has been settled by the decision of this Court dated 27.4.2015, passed in C.W.J.C.No. 10653/2008 as affirmed in LPA No.2082/2015 vide order dated 13.3.2018.
Since claim of the petitioner is covered by the said order, it is prayed on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners may be granted liberty to file a comprehensive representation before respondent no.2, the Principal Secretary, Department Of Rural Development, Government Of Bihar, Patna for consideration of their claim in light of the decision in C.W.J.C.No. 10653/2008. Petitioners are at liberty to do so. If a comprehensive representation is filed by the petitioners within four weeks from today, respondent no.2 shall consider the same and dispose of by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of three months thereafter.
The writ petition is disposed of with the aforesaid observations.
