2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Araria P.S.Case No. 1199 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 21(b) of the NDPS Act.

3. Petitioner was not caught on the spot. The accused caught on the spot has named the petitioner that he has bought smack from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.04.2024 having clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, this application is allowed, let the above named, petitioner is

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46325 of 2024(2) dt.26-07-2024 2/2 directed to released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions cum Special Judge, NDPS Act, Araria in Araria P.S.Case No. 1199 of 2023.

6. This is also subject to the conditions that the petitioner shall mark his attendance in Araria Police Station on first and 3rd Sunday of every month and co-operate in the trial. If he fails to do so, the bail bonds of the petitioner shall be cancelled.
