This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Excise P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

In view of recovery of huge quantity of foreign liquor from the hut of the petitioner, this anticipatory bail application is not maintainable under the Excise Act. Hence, this anticipatory bail application is dismissed as not maintainable. (Sandeep Kumar, J) pawan/- U T
