The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366(A), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Considering the fact that the victim girl has stated in her statement under Section 164 of Cr.P.C that she had herself gone to her Mausi's place and had not been kidnapped by anybody and also because the co-accused Ranjeet Paswan has been extended the privilege of anticipatory bail in Cr. Misc. No.35630 of 2016 vide order dated 31.08.2016, let the petitioners above
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27540 of 2016 (4) dt.06-09-2016 2/2 named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No. 196 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjana Mishra, J.) ravi/- U T
