2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 140(3), 87 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. The petitioner is in custody since 30.01.2025.

4. Learned A.P.P. appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

5. Though the allegation against the petitioner is of kidnapping the victim girl but from the statement of the victim it appears that she had got married to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43154 of 2025(2) dt.16-07-2025 2/2 of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Kishanganj/concerned Court below in connection with Pothia P.S. Case No. 21 of 2025.
