The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 376,302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Case diary was called for, which has since been received.

It appears that though the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R, only on a remote probability the name of the petitioner has been brought in as the name of the father of the petitioner is same.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56606 of 2015 (5) dt.18-03-2016 Considering the remote nature of allegation made against the petitioner and there is no further material in the case diary to implicate the petitioner, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Smt. Saba Alam, the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Katihar in connection with Manihari P.S. Case No. 45 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
