The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 338 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(2), 38(1)(2) and 41(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Total 175.875 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from WagonR car and from house of this petitioner. It is submitted that nothing has been recovered from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner is neither driver nor owner of vehicle in question.

Counsel for the State vehemently opposed the bail application and submitted that petitioner has got three criminal

Considering the criminal antecedents, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner above-named on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
