04-02-2019 In compliance with order dated 02-11-2018, report from the office of Superintendent of Police, Madhepura has been received, vide letter no. 05/G.S. dated 05-01-2019 (flag 'y'). The report makes it clear that the appellant no. 1 Bhajan Yadav {in Cr.Appeal (DB) No. 1076 of 2010} and sole appellant Chandeshwari Yadav {in Cr.Appeal (DB) No. 1034 of 2010} died on 09-09-2018 and 09-01-2013 respectively. Accordingly, the appeal i.e. Cr.Appeal (DB) No. 1076 of 2010 in respect of appellant no. 1 namely Bhajan Yadav and appeal i.e. Cr.Appeal (DB) No. 1034 of 2010 in respect of sole appellant namely Chandeshwari Yadav stand abated. Accordingly, Cr.Appeal (DB) No. 1034 of 2010, since abated, stands disposed of.
