2. The appeal has been filed for the following reliefs:- "That this application is being filed for quashing the order taking cognizance dated 21.02.2023 against the appellants in connection with Sakari P.S. Case No.226 of 2021 dated 02.12.2021 registered against the appellants for offences u/s 341, 323, 324, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code
Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2985 of 2024(4) dt.12-02-2025 2/2 and 3(i)(r)(s) SC/ST Act on the Fardbeyan of one Sachin Kumar Paswan, age about 14 years, son of Santosh Kumar Paswan, Resident of VillageVikrampur Balia, Dihtol, P.S.-Sakari, DistrictMadhubani."
3. Though with the consent of the parties, the Court wanted to take up the appeal and the Interlocutory Application together as the parties have appeared, learned counsel for the appellants submits that they will be taking extra mile to see to it that the long pending dispute between both the appellants and respondents (informant) comes to an end, in that background, he for the present, prays for the withdrawal of the appeal to explore other avenues that may give peace of mind to both the parties.
