2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:

(i) issue order/ direction restraining the respondents to construct Kachra Ghar over the lands held by the petitioner as stated in Annexure1;

Patna High Court CWJC No.10023 of 2023(3) dt.29-03-2024 2/2 (ii) To direct the Respondents remove any construction made over the lands mention in Annexure-1 by use of force;

(iii) To direct the respondents to pay damages/ compensation for depriving the petitioners from the use and occupation of the land as mentioned in Annexure-1.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be availing the other remedies available under the law of the land.

4. Granting such liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
