2. This appeal has been preferred against the order dated 09.05.2024 passed by the learned Court of Special Judge, S.C./S.T. (P.O.A.) Act, Samastipur in connection with A.B.P. No. 1396 of 2024 arising out of Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 303 of 2022, registered for the offences under Sections 341, 302, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3(2)(v)(s) of the S.C./S.T. (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the appellant along with other accused persons is alleged to have killed the deceased

Patna High Court CR. APP (SJ) No.2929 of 2024(3) dt.04-11-2025 2/2 by causing firearm injury. This Court finds that it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this application stands dismissed.

4. The appellant is directed to surrender before the court concerned and pray for regular bail within a period of four weeks.
