The petitioner is accused in Sanhaulla P.S. Case No. 130 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that on perusal of the supplementary affidavit, it appears that charge has been framed. No overt act has been attributed against him. Further submission is that petitioner is innocent and is in custody since 25.01.2017, having no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner is directed to be

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16020 of 2017 (4) dt.13-10-2017 2/2 released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-V, Bhagalpur in connection with Sanhaulla P.S. Case No. 130 of 2016.
