JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 This revision application has been filed against the order dated 29/30.04.2019 passed by learned Special Judge, Madhepura in Children Case No. 02/2018 (arising out of Madhepura P.S. Case No. 570/2017).

It appears that earlier also, the petitioner has moved before this Court by filing Cr. Revision No. 633 of 2018, which was dismissed vide order dated 24.09.2018 with observation and with direction to the learned Special Judge, Children Court to expedite and conclude the trial preferably within a period of seven months.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is despite the direction of this Court, the trial has not yet been concluded .

In such view of the matter, as the case is fixed for judgment as has been informed by learned counsel for the informant, I do not find any merit in the instant case and the same is hereby dismissed.
