JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-09-2024 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and learned counsel for the informant.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 420, 463, 464, 465, 467, 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Allegation against petitioner is that by preparing forged letter pad of informant, he forged her signature thereon and thereafter, submitted resignation letter and also accepted the same.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to political dispute. By filing supplementary affidavit, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that dispute between the parties has been settled and to this effect, a joint compromise petition has been filed before the learned Court below, vide Annexure - 2 to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47274 of 2024(4) dt.10-09-2024 2/2 petition. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned counsel for the informant does not dispute the contention made on behalf of petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, in the event of arrest/surrender before the Court below within a period of eight weeks from today, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Charpokhari P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
