2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 189 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 317(2), 317(5), 338, 3(5) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is alleged to be involved in dealing with stolen motorcycles.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2025.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj/concerned

7. As a condition of this order, the petitioner after being released on bail is directed to mark his attendance at Bahadurganj Police Station on every Sunday of each month.
