Heard the parties.

The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Imamganj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021 registered for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the motherin-law of the deceased and there is direct allegation of demand of dowry and torture against her, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to her. This application for anticipatory bail is dismissed.

In case the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail before the court below within a period of four weeks from
